NICOLE BARILKA
Strategy
Nicole Barilka is a Director of Alternatives Reality and on the Investment Committee. Nicole's background is in project management and consulting, working at Amazon leading the product management team that owns EU-led global product initiatives. Ms. Barilka was previously a strategy consultant with over twelve years of industry, agency and consulting experience working at firms including the Boston Consulting Group, Oliver Wyman and Starcom IP (MediaVest).
Ms. Barilka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
GRIGORIOS GEORGIADIS
Associate
Gregor focuses on due diligence, research, and portfolio monitoring. Gregor also leads the Alternatives Reality Insights effort which identifies themes the firm targets for investment. Areas of interest include Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and AgTech.
Prior to joining R Group, Grigorios spent time in Wealth Management working for a boutique firm in Switzerland.
HRITIK KHIMJI
Business Development
Hritik focuses on business development, communications, and investor relations. An entrepreneur himself, Hritik founded Mosaic LLC which operates in business sectors including IT, Education, and Sports. Hritik is also a Director of Khimji Ramdas LLC, a 150 year-old conglomerate in a variety of sectors including infrastructure, logistics, and distribution.
Hritik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
ERIC ROSENBLATT
CIO
Eric has over a decade of investment and asset management experience, including at Guggenheim Partners (leading investment firm with >$270BN AUM), Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley before founding R Group in 2012. His predominant investing focus has been in tech across his career.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from MIT and an MBA from NYU Stern.
